These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of magdalena.studio. We value your privacy, and the information we collect during the order process is essential for completing your transaction and contacting you if necessary.

The information we gather includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Magdalena will never rent or sell your personal information without your explicit consent.

Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to update the information on www.magdalena.studio and these terms and conditions at any time. By accessing or using www.magdalena.studio, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Delivery Information

Orders that are in stock are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

Pre-orders may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

If you are unavailable to receive your package, our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times on consecutive business days. If there is no communication within five days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange for store credit within 10 days of receiving your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM (@magdalena.studio).

Items must be returned in their original condition; Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered and With all original tags attached. Items returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

For orders within Lebanon, we will arrange for the delivery company to pick up the item(s) you wish to return and send the replacement item(s). A delivery fee will apply for the new shipment.

Once your returned item is received and approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. In these cases, return shipping is free of charge.

International Orders

Customers who access the www.magdalena.studio website from outside Lebanon are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations.

Orders placed outside Lebanon may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment arrives in the destination country.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred when sending items back to us.
